This program comprises 24 credits of coursework spanning biology, psychology and communication sciences and disorders. 通过选修课程, students have the flexibility to explore their neuroscientific interests across other fields. The neuroscience major 必须 be paired with another degree program, typically within the 文理学院 and the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, but the other major can also be based in any other college or school, 须经董事批准.

- Identify the location and function of the major structures of the brain.
- Compare and contrast methods of studying the brain.
- Critically evaluate research as it is presented in the media or used in the arts.
- Describe, and apply knowledge of, basic neuron physiology.
